1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.​

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
